    Description

    ACL DS fittings are manufactured for use in the Food & Beverage and Dairy industries. The DS union system is a widely used hygienic connection standard and ACL's range covers the complete system including male fittings, nuts, liners, blanks, blind nuts (with chain) and union gaskets. All DS fittings are produced from 316L stainless steel with surface finishes meeting or exceeding industry requirements.

    Full laser marking and 3.1 material certification are available, with a Declaration of Conformity issued as standard.

    Specifications
    • Surface finish: 0.8Ra µm minimum
    • Materials comply with AD2000 (PED) and ASME VIII
    • 3.1 material certification available
