Union Fittings
Description
ACL manufactures and supplies a comprehensive range of hygienic union fittings for use in the Food & Beverage and Dairy industries. The union range covers all major international hygienic standards including BS/RJT, DIN, SMS, IDF and DS, ensuring compatibility across global process systems.
Each union system consists of a male fitting, a nut, a liner (weld end) and a gasket, providing a fully demountable, hygienic connection. All fittings are produced from high-quality 316L stainless steel as standard, with surface finishes equal to or better than those specified in the relevant standards. Full traceability is provided via laser marking and 3.1 material certification is available online.
