SL Clamp 304 Wing Nut TC Clamp

Description

Sanitary (hygienic) SL 304 stainless steel wing nut TC clamps are corrosion resistant, and polished to a high quality surface finish for cleanability. SL 304 clamps are designed and optimised for installation and maintenance a proven design in the industry for over 30 years. SH304 clamps are for use in light duty hygienic applications.

Specifications

Majority of clamp MAWP are calculated to ASME VIII APP 24.
Reduction of CO2. The Euro-Pure clamp is designed to reduce the amount of CO2 used in all aspects of the product life-cycle.
Tested by TUV, Forbairt, FORCE. Currently testing is underway for A2000-A5 (PED) on some of clamp ranges (TUV approved testing).

Minimum of 0.8Ra um surface finish (external).
Fastener options designed to resist galling.
Clamps are sized between batches to ensure consistency of fit on the union.
Packaged loose, in cardboard boxes. No plastic.
