    Description

    ACL clamps are designed and manufactured for use in the Data Center, Hygienic and Pharmaceutical industries where standard tube/pipe couplings (tri-clamps) are required. Clamp segments & wingnuts are produced by investment casting to ASME SA 351 / A 351 M. Eyebolts & rivets are produced from ASME SA 580 / A 580 M Stainless wire. The threads are rolled to reduce galling. The assembled components are then barrel polished to produce the high quality finish demanded throughout the industry. Quality and precision in manufacture combined with the unique design of our groove profile, produce a clamp with the best joint efficiency for this type of connection.

    Specifications
    • Majority of clamp MAWP are calculated to ASME VIII APP 24.
    • Reduction of CO2. The Euro-Pure clamp is designed to reduce the amount of CO2 used in all aspects of the product life-cycle.
    • Tested by TUV, Forbairt, FORCE. Currently testing is underway for A2000-A5 (PED) on some of clamp ranges (TUV approved testing).
