Description

ACL hygienic spray balls are designed for use in CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems in the Food & Beverage and Dairy industries. They provide effective 360° coverage for tank and vessel cleaning, ensuring thorough and consistent internal surface cleaning without the need to open or dismantle the vessel. Produced from 316L stainless steel and available in a range of sizes and spray patterns to suit diverse process vessel requirements.

Specifications

Surface finish: 0.8Ra µm minimum (product contact surfaces)
Compatible with standard tri-clamp fittings (BS4825, DIN32676)
Available in static and rotating designs
