Stainless Steel Hydraulic Fittings

Advanced Couplings are a manufacturing company with over forty years of experience in the production of high quality tube/pipe connection systems and stainless steel hydraulic fittings. Based in the West Yorkshire town of Keighley, Advanced Couplings also have a purpose built factory in Roscommon, Ireland.

Advanced Couplings’ factory in Ireland has been fitted with the latest CAD and CNC production equipment and this, combined with an experienced team of highly skilled staff, allows Advanced Couplings to manufacture couplings products to an exceptionally high standard.

Products in the Advanced Couplings range include a number of stainless steel hydraulic fittings such as reducers and ferrules, along with clamps, pipe clips, bends, blanks, hose tails and sight glasses. Advanced Couplings supply and distribute our products throughout the world and are able to offer our products in all standard European sizes along with many international sizes. We have the capability to also produce bespoke items, created to meet the individual needs of different customers.

Included in the Advanced Couplings range of stainless steel hydraulic fittings are ferrule ended concentric reducers, ferrule ended eccentric reducers and plain ended pipe to tube reducers. All concentric reducers are machined from 3.1b certified solid 316L solid bar and to guarantee the highest possible surface finish, are machined to 0.8Ra as standard. Advanced Couplings are also able to offer 0.6Ra and 0.4Ra electro-polishing options on request.

Advanced Couplings’ eccentric reducers are cleaner stainless steel hydraulic fittings, designed to offer an improved self-draining variant of the concentric reducer. Also manufactured from 316L certified material, eccentric reducers are supplied with ferrule ends and de-scaled welds as standard. Advanced Couplings eccentric reducers are internally polished to 0.8Ra and manufactured to BS4825, ISO1127 and BPE dimensions although customised versions can be made on request.

Pipe to tube reducers are stainless steel hydraulic fittings which are mainly used for converting the Schedule Pipe Work that is often used in the United States to the OD Tubing which is more commonly found throughout the UK and Europe. Advanced Couplings’ pipe to tube reducers are machined from 3.1b certified 316L solid bar and to guarantee an excellent surface finish are manufactured to 0.8Ra as standard. As with Advanced Couplings’ other stainless steel hydraulic fittings, pipe to tube reducers can also be tailor-made to suit customer requirements.
